Academic Search Premiere Multi-disciplinary, full-text scholarly database for students, faculty This multi-disciplinary database provides full text for more than 4,600 journals, including full text for nearly 3,900 peer-reviewed titles. PDF backfiles to 1975 or further are available for well over one hundred journals, and searchable cited references are provided for more than 1,000 titles.
AccessPA Access Pa is a database maintained by the state of Pennsylvania that allows users to search for library materials across the state. Once materials are found users can request materials at their local public library. Will need a valid library card from your local library.
Ebsco Students accessing these resources remotely will need to use the username and password for Ebsco resources provided in the student handbook.
Electronic Journals Library Electronic Journals Library is a collection of Open Access journals and subscription titles mostly from Europe including over 1,700 in theology. There are over 80,000 titles in full text that are Open Access.
Google Books Google Books are those that Google scanned. Some titles had restrictions from the source libraries and others have been restricted by Google so they can sell an off-print.
Google Scholar Google Scholar provides a simple way to broadly search for scholarly literature. From one place, you can search across many disciplines and sources: articles, theses, books, abstracts and court opinions, from academic publishers, professional societies, online repositories, universities and other web sites.
HathiTrust HathiTrust is a union collection of books that were scanned at university libraries by Google and internal projects. Not all titles are freely available.
Internet Archive Internet Archive is a collection of free e-books, movies and music.
Logos Classic Logos Classic is a collection of theological books that they scanned at Dallas Theological Seminary and halted when Google announced their project. They have not sought to market them.
Princeton Theological Commons The Theological Commons is a digital library of over 80,000 resources on theology and religion. It consists mainly of public domain books but also includes periodicals, audio recordings, and other formats.
Religious and Theological Abstracts Religion and Theological Abstracts provides objective summaries of articles appearing in scholarly journals in the fields of Religion and Theology, including Christianity, Judaism, and other World religions. Abstracts appear in English, Hebrew, Afrikaans, and major European languages. Students will be asked for their username and password.
