Gina Breslin leads an FIM panel:
“Women in the Workplace, Faith & Leadership”

Both men and women are invited to join us on April 25 as Gina Breslin of North Group Consultants in Lititz, leads a panel of women exploring their perspectives on the challenges and opportunities they have faced as a leader and how their faith has played a role in their leadership development. Panelists include Rose Walmer, Chief Personnel Officer of Wengers of Myerstown; Naomi Fredlund, Broker/Owner of Life Changes Realty Group Inc.; Susan Blouch, Executive Director of Lebanon Rescue Mission; and Char Newswanger, Founder and CEO of CHAR co.

Gina Breslin grew up in a family business in Myerstown that included Farmer Boy Ag Systems and Country Fare Restaurant. Her hands-on experience in both family businesses helped shape her passion for helping individuals grow as leaders and assisting clients in hiring well. Gina holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from Eastern Mennonite University. She is a recent graduate of Leadership Lancaster and a certified facilitator in Everything DiSC®Workplace. Gina thoroughly enjoys her work at North Group Consultants in Lititz, where she has been employed since 2010. She currently leads their Hiring & Onboarding Services and is heavily involved in their Organizational Health & Performance Assessments and Leadership Development services.

Gina and her husband, Mark, are the proud parents of Rachel and Patrick. In her free time you’ll find Gina playing field hockey or enthusiastically supporting her children at sporting events. She also volunteers her time serving in various capacities at Neffsville Mennonite Church, including as a member of the Strategic Planning Team.
