Dr. Kimberly Shatzer has over 30 years of management and leadership experience in the financial services industry. She is currently a Senior Vice President in a global, Fortune 50 company. She has directly managed teams of over 300 people in the company’s training and development organization. She serves on the corporate team of executive coaches and facilitators of leadership programs. Her academic experience includes an undergraduate from Shippensburg University in Business Administrative and an MBA from Mt. St. Mary’s College with a focus on management. She earned a PhD. in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University. She and her family live on a farm in Chambersburg, PA. She volunteers with Camp Joy-el and in various positions at King Street Church, such as Sunday School teacher, chair of Personnel Relations Co-mission and Board of Administration. She serves as adjunct faculty for Wilson College, Messiah College and Evangelical Seminary.
