David Shenk, Lecturer in World Christianity

DAVID SHENK is winner of the 2016 Christianity Today Book Award in the category Mission/The Global Church for: Christian. Muslim. Friend: Twelve Paths to Real Relationship (Herald Press). He has written over a dozen other books related to inter-religious realities, in addition to serving for years as a leader of Eastern Mennonite Missions and as a Mennonite Pastor. He has been professor and dean at Lithuania Christian College, but has also lived for years in Somalia, Kenya, and Tanzania. Dave has a PhD in Religious Studies from New York University, and teaches courses in Islam and Eastern Religions.
